Yeah, Shuicheng is working on how to enable a newer version with dependencies updated. But I was assuming that Erich and Marcela will have workaround to find alternative links and get the mirror-check passed.

I reset my environment this morning, maybe I got caught in the middle of 
things, here is the list of missing packages from today:

cppcheck-1.80-1.el7.x86_64.rpm
ima-evm-utils-1.0-1.el7.x86_64.rpm
ima-evm-utils-devel-1.0-1.el7.x86_64.rpm
scapy-2.3.3-1.el7.src.rpm


I think I have seen these fail before, I am not behind a proxy or firewall.
