You are right Brent, despite what direction we move in the future  the
system will still have the ability rebuild dependences as it does

This is not what I mean, look Kernel modules need to be compiled a bit
differently from regular userspace apps. for example, a simple
makefile for modules could be

obj-m += hello-1.o

all:
make -C /lib/modules/$(shell uname -r)/build M=$(PWD) modules


where you need to have the source code of the kernel as reference,
that was my question and it was clear in the meeting that it will be
done

meeting notes. On build meeting we clarify this point of generating
the necessary tools to deal with dependencies if in the future we
choose koji option
