I think that Bruce may be interested in doing this as well, though he is currently out on vacation.

Sounds good, thanks Brent!

I think we can have up to two speakers for this slot if there would be others interested as well.

Hi,
I’m reaching out to you as we’ve reached the point of Summit planning to decide about the project update and onboarding sessions.
This is the time period to request the above mentioned sessions and decide about speakers if the project decides to have them. We had both of these in Berlin and as we would like to make sure that we use every opportunity to spread the word about StarlingX and help onboarding new contributors I think it is a great opportunity to request both of these slots for Denver as well.
The project onboarding session is a 40-minute long session with the purpose of helping newcomers to find the entry points to the project and make sure they have all the basic information to get started.
The project update session is a 20-minute long session to highlight enhancements, new features and interesting items from the roadmap. There is an opportunity to request a full 40-minute long slot for this session that the project will get based on availability.
I need volunteers for both sessions as presenters from the community. __Please reply to this thread in case you are interested in participating in either or both of the above sessions.__
Is there a need to request an extended slot for the project update?
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Ildikó
