[Starlingx-discuss] The data interface eth1000 cannot be modified when I configure compute-0

Hi,
As Saul said, it is highly recommended you have a try with 3.0 Release, instead of 1.0 Release, which is too old and not maintained now.
For your environment, with "host-port-list", there are eth0 ~ eth3, no eth1000.
So you should use eth2/eth3, instead of eth1000 as data interface.

Best Regards
Shuicheng

            5. system host-if-modify -p providernet-a -c data compute-0 eth1000

(The following is the returned information:)

1. I did not find the data interface after executing the command: system host-if-list compute-0

2. I do not know how to use command "system host-if-add" to add data interface.

Best regards with you,

Longqian
