I gather this is related to the GFW blocking access to Google. What
I've heard from Kubernetes users in mainland China is that
overriding your image repository setting to
registry.cn-hangzhou.aliyuncs.com/google_containers should work
around it without needing a VPN. I'm not sure where you'd set this
in the apply configuration for StarlingX, but hopefully others will
chime in.
