[Starlingx-discuss] Updating controller host IP

Seems my initial mistake affected to rdb-provisionner as well.

Noticed that apiServer set the wrong IP in /etc/kubernetes/kubeadm.yaml
file.

Is there a way I can fix this certificate issue?
