                  then export OS_CLOUD=openstack_helm, openstack will
                  try to talk to the keystone pointed to by OS_AUTH_URL
                  and the command will fail. Using
                  OS_CLOUD=openstack_helm before source
                  /etc/platform/openrc, openstack command work for me</span></p>
