im guessing by now you really didnt read, or understand the problem

You had a poor description of where you were trying to access the system, so I don't blame anyone here for not understanding what you were trying to do, even after reading your emails.

when you boot the iso/usb on a machine and switch to another console, before/during an install

If you are in the middle of an installation, using a graphical installer, you can see the anaconda options at the bottom. At the bottom right, it says you can switch using Alt+Tab. If you do that once, you go to the number 2 listed there, a shell, and you don't need to log on to it.

If you are not using a graphical installation, please describe in detail your installation process.

Willian

not after its actually installed on the system.

If you already changed the initial password for sysadmin, you can use the admin account from a console port of the host and recover the account.
