Thank you Haiqing. Yeah, But this is part of scss python package tool(Django-pyscss etc may also need to change) which is used by many others modules which are python2 compiled.  Is there any way to specify to use particular use wheel for one module ?

This is py3 upgrade issue.  Maybe you should  change the code from “inspect.getargspec()” to “inspect.getfullargspec()”.
