You don't install StarlingX "into a container" runtime, so you won't find a "Docker-compose.yml" file for that. 

If you want to test the latest version, I think that the Virtual Automated Install on VirtualBox is the fastest way to get an All-In-One: https://docs.starlingx.io/deploy_install_guides/release/virtual/automated_install.html.

Mind the step that downloads the .iso for you, you might want to choose a recent build if you want to test the main branch.

I'd also recommend a cursory look at the Docs: https://docs.starlingx.io/.
