Hi Frank and Scott:
Sorry causing build failure , for kernel-headers download error , it is because repo in centos upgraded recently.
Although kernel-headers-4.18.0-147.3.1 is in [1], it was not in centos8 repo database anymore .
Gerrit [2] fixed this issue by moving kernel-headers to 3rdparties list.
In short summary:
Gerrit [2] fixed download kernel-headers issues .
Gerrit [3] fixed build issue due to mismatch srpm name.
Gerrit [4] avoided to rebuild kernel-rt every time even no change of kernel-rt.
Thanks Scott’s support during weekend again.

Subject: [Starlingx-discuss] Require kernel v4.18 commits to be reverted
Folks:
Scott has worked through the weekend to try and address the CENGN build failures due to the kernel 4.18 commits. Unfortunately a solution is not in sight. As such I am asking Austin and the team priming the kernel v4.18 commits to revert
these commits until they can work out a solution. Please revert these commits on Monday:
https://review.opendev.org/#/q/topic:4.18_kernel+(status:open+OR+status:merged)
Scott will provide a summary of the issues being seen. Also he’ll provide suggestions on how the kernel team can test and investigate the issues on the feature branch.
Frank
