Apologies for this series of failures.

A slip of the mouse had me accidentally hitting the 'Workflow +1' button on one of the debranding inspections that was still under test.

Because of the underlying transformation of the download directory structure, and the lack of a reverse transformation, It seemed like my best option was to forge ahead.  A test compile of the compiler layer found a problem that I had to correct.

If you ran a 'repo sync' followed by a 'download_mirror.sh' between Sept 18 6:00 pm UTC and Sept 19 1:30 am UTC, you may have seen failures.

Look under your stx-tools/centos-mirror-tools/output/.  If you see both 'stx' and 'stx-r1' directories, you have a problem.

Work around if the problem persists is to
- Verify that any files under 'stx-r1/CentOS/pike' have been copied over to an identical directory sub-structure under 'stx/CentOS/'.
- Delete directory 'stx-r1'.
