Candidates for the Technical Steering Committee Positions: Any contributing community member who is an individual member of the Foundation can propose their candidacy for an available, directly-elected TSC seat.

The electorate of the PL/TL election are the community members that are contributors for the given official team[2] over the 12-month timeframe October 6, 2019 to October 6, 2020, as well as the contributors who are acknowledged by the TSC.
