Dear Pratik,

I don't know the root cause. But i think this could workaround.

You should have two hard disk.

Go to the shell (ctrl+b+2)  and use fdisk command to clear all your partitions on your hard disks and create new clear partition.

Then use bootable usb to install STX again.

You can try it.
