Brent, Thanks for your update. I'd like to split the story into 2 tasks, one is for config_controller stage and the other is for application. These 2 stages can be implemented with different approach and tested separately. Because the registry for k8s bootstrap images used during config_controller could be added interactively and applied by puppet. While the application image registry were added either during config_controller or application-upload, and applied by sysinv/conductor. Does that make sense?
