I took a really quick read in the spec and I think that the build system approach is well covered but I’m wondering about software changes for multi OS support.

For example, does patching needs changes for rpm and non-rpm based distros (I think it should)? Also, does puppet recipes run well on different OS?

Should this other aspects (if they applied) be covered on this spec or they need a different one?

Thanks

TSC Members:

We have updated the Multi-OS overview to be more of a meta-specification
giving the overview and direction for our approach to Multi-OS.

Please take a look at: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/619801/13

Victor and I will be working on getting the "Source ReOrg" specification
completed tonight ahead of the F2F session tomorrow.

Sau!
