CENGN automatic builds start at
different times depending on if a docker image build is going to
be included in the build. The goal was that the completion time
is roughly the same, so that automated test could be scheduled at
the same time each day. Thus the time delta in between builds
will be 22,24,or 26 hours. When build times are converted to UTC,
this seems to be walking us back and forth across the midnight
dividing line between days. Some days will appear to have two
builds (March 25), while the next might have none (March 26).
Is this too confusing? Must we change
it back?
