This old (deprecated) wiki page has info for creating a no-delta kubernetes upgrade patch. It allows you to take the version we deploy now, and package it as a higher version, so you can make sure your build environment is working and the patches are setup properly. https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/StarlingX/Containers/K8sUpgradesTesting You need to have a build environment setup in order to build the new rpms for those patches.
