I've already posted https://review.openstack.org/595852 for a similar issue that lets fm-common build on Ubuntu (my DevStack platform) and used by https://review.openstack.org/#/c/595865/.
Fixing this issues is a low priority task but we would like to start planning to fix it, what do you think it would be the best way to track this issues in launchpad? Can we create an issue by repository or by project?
