Hi, Al.

Got it. Thanks! If there are similarities they're just a few in the VirtualBox setup, then.

Regards,
Bruno.

Hi Bruno

The tis-repo has code related to setting up a virtualbox developer environment. It doesn’t have things for a test env (controllers, routers, etc..).

It clones STX, rebuilds the containers, runs the downloader,  and installs the normal things a person would need to be able to run tox or build an ISO.

I don’t think many people use it because they prefer to just try and setup their own unix env with their own tools.

Al

Hi, StarlingX Community.

I recently came across this story (and its associated repository: https://opendev.org/starlingx/tis-repo) and it seems to share similarities with what I'm working on in another story (related to this repository: https://opendev.org/starlingx/tools/src/branch/master/deployment/virtualbox/pybox).

I'm seeking assistance from anyone who can provide insights into these repositories and stories. Together, we can ensure that we avoid duplicating efforts by working on similar tasks in different places.

Feel free to reach out to me here or directly on IRC (brunomuniz).

Best regards,

Bruno.
