I am not sure why your gerrit data didn't show the results.
For the below folks, they didn’t have patches in flocks repo, but they were working on porting flocks components to Clear Linux, they’ve worked on spec file and generating flocks service packages.
The work is not on master yet. Not sure if this counts.

Hi Cindy - the original list was from Gerrit data.
I assume that these candidates did in fact commit to flock-services repos, but the onus is on those who nominate folks who aren't on that list to provide the justification.
So, please do provide that info for these folks.

I am not sure how you get your list below, but by pulling their patches from StarlingX repo, you can find names for most of people. Anybody you cannot find patch, let me know, I can send you the
