This is mostly in stx-config and to some extent containers (as we use the app framework for packaging and installation), we have started the implementation and few code reviews are already posted by John and Kevin as WIP that are under code review and waiting for spec approval.

I will be leading this effort and plan to have a demo on how far we have come and to collect the community feedback.

I noticed that we have a storyboard [1] approved for stx.3.0 from Matt. By reading the spec [2], I am thinking this might fall into non-openstack-dist project scope. Can I volunteer to manage the progress in the community?
