Hi Bruce, The only data I can see on the Zoom admin web page is that how many times a recording was viewed, but it doesn’t show a timeline if any of the older ones were recently accessed or not. Even to see how many times they were viewed in total I need to go recording by recording on the web so it’s a slow manual process. I can create a Doodle poll asking if people are interested in accessing recordings that are older than a year and use that for the decision. Do you think that would be worthwhile to do? Thanks, Ildikó

It sounds like the running window is a good approach. Do we know if or how often those files are actually accessed?

Hi,
I’m reaching out to you about the recordings of the Zoom meetings as the currently available storage space for these is running out.
One of the solutions is to keep a running window, I think one of the options Zoom offers is to delete files that are older than a year. I can check if the timeframe is configurable.
Before going into deep details I would like to get the community’s preference on the way forward first. Do people find this as an acceptable approach?
Please let me know your thoughts.
Thanks, Ildikó
