New Zoom Dial-in Starting June 30 - IMPORTANT
Hi StarlingX Community, As I mentioned in an earlier email, the transition to the Linux Foundation includes discontinuing currently existing Zoom accounts and accessing Zoom through the LFX platform, which is a framework that provides resources for communities, including scheduling meetings using Zoom. I re-created the currently active meeting series in LFX, which is now accessible in the project’s public calendar in the tool: https://zoom-lfx.platform.linuxfoundation.org/meetings/starlingx?view=week The above public calendar also provides a calendar file, which ncludes all calls scheduled for the project. You can download and use it to add the calls to your calendar. The button is marked ‘iCal’ in the top left corner above the calendar. As decided on this week's TSC and Community call, the community will start using the new Zoom dial-in starting next week (week of June 30). Please note that the new meeting links will take you to a new LFX login page first. If you have an LF account, you can sign in to join the call, and if you remain signed in in that browser the Zoom call will open automatically. You also have the option to register for an LF account, or join the meeting as a guest. If you choose to join as a guest, you will only need to add your name. Please see the screenshots below. Please let me know if you have any questions. Bets Regards, Ildikó ——— Ildikó Váncsa Director of Community Open Infrastructure Foundation
