[Starlingx-discuss] Electorate for TSC/PL/TL elections - ACTION NEEDED
Hi StarlingX Community, I’m reaching out on behalf of the StarlingX election officials[1] about the upcoming TSC/PL/TL elections. I compiled the electorate for the upcoming elections, you can find the list of email addresses of the eligible contributors here: https://etherpad.opendev.org/p/stx-2023-h2-electorate The current electorate list was mainly built by a script, and contains a ew more names added by the election officials, and contains the email addresses of those who fall into any of the following groups: * Contributed to a StarlingX git repo that is listed in the projects.yaml file * Listed in the projects.yaml file under ‘extra_atcs' with a valid 'expires-in’ date * Holds a leadership role: TSC, PL or TL * Drivers of the ARM collaboration activity The projects.yaml file is out of date with regards to the list of ‘extra_atcs’ for the different projects. This results only having the PLs and TLs listed in the electorate list for the following projects: * Networking * Release * Security And there might be additional people missing from the electorate of other teams as well. ACTION REQUIRED: I would like to ask all project teams to update the projects.yaml file and add all the project team contributors who are not yet listed on the above etherpad, but have been contributed to the team’s activities over the past 12 months. Or update the 'expires-in’ date for those whose names are already captured. __Please make your updates by the end of day October 29th.__ If you are already on the electorate list and __would like to run for an open position, please make sure that you also have an OpenInfra Foundation Individual Member profile.__ Thanks and Best Regards, Ildikó [1] https://docs.starlingx.io/election/#election-officials [2] https://opendev.org/starlingx/governance/src/branch/master/reference/tsc/pro... ——— Ildikó Váncsa Director of Community Open Infrastructure Foundation
