Ildiko implemented the individual project core reviewer groups as provided by Brent and amended and approved by the project TLs.
Please restore.
All project TLs have control over their list memberships. While it is traditional in OpenStack to discuss core group changes on the mailing list, project TLs have the final decision. dt -- Dean Troyer dtroyer@gmail.com

Actually I had pretty broad +2/+1 power to most repos, at least initially, to facilitate repo creation and restructuring. Roughly on par with Dean. I wasn't that I was a core reviewer in the normal sense. Just a backup to Dean that can do some of the structural work. If I'm being demoted, fine, as long as that was the intent. Hi Scott, On the technical side we had one starlingx-core group setup for the community in Gerrit. This group was assigned to every initial stx-* repo which gave everyone on that group +2 rights in all those repositories. As we are moving forward and formalizing the sub-project teams and overall project governance we got to the steps of defining the core reviewer groups for each sub-project and the repositories they manage which is the change you are experiencing now. It is not about demoting anybody but rather identifying those individuals for each sub-project and relevant repositories who have the duties of looking after the mission and scope of the sub-project as well as architecture and code quality by performing code reviews and being able to approve patches in Gerrit. I believe StarlingX is already big and complex enough that we don’t expect anyone to be on top of what is happening in every single sub-project and repo on code-level but rather focus on one or a few sub-projects. In case you feel that you are actively participating in some projects and should retain your core reviewer rights please reach out the the Technical Lead of the sub-project to discuss and fix this. Please let me know if you have further questions. Thanks and Best Regards, Ildikó

Ok. I wasn't complaining. Just wanted to make sure it was all intentional. It was strange to have +2 power for one iteration of a review, but not the next. Scott PS. Hi Scott, It came up on the TSC call two or three weeks ago and I started to execute as I got responses from TL’s. Sorry if it felt sudden we probably should’ve given a bit longer heads up on the mailing list. As for the Koji changes, I believe that will be an excellent opportunity to see how the cross-sub-project synchronization and collaboration works within the community and improve on the parts that are less efficient. Thanks and Best Regards, Ildikó

Done.
I'm not sure why the TSC members (Brent, Dean and Saul) were listed as cores for this one project - there isn't anything special about it that would require them as core reviewers.
This is left over from when those repos were created a few months ago. That also means Ildiko wasn't in the group and could not make the change so I did. dt -- Dean Troyer dtroyer@gmail.com

stx-config - Configuration Management Bart Wensley (Barton.Wensley@windriver.com) John Kung (John.Kung@windriver.com) Don Penney (Don.Penney@windriver.com) Bob Church (Robert.Church@windriver.com) Chris Friesen (Chris.Friesen@windriver.com)
I seem to have lost my core reviewer status in stx-config. Could you please fix this? Thanks, Chris
