[Starlingx-discuss] Rejected: Total allocated memory exceeds the total memory of controller-0 numa node 0
Hi, I'm installing all-in-one environment, and my PC has only 8G memory, so I assign 4G for the simplex-controller-0. After I configure controller-0 and run "system host-unlock controller-0" command, I got below error: Rejected: Total allocated memory exceeds the total memory of controller-0 numa node 0 Probably the controller-0 memory is 4G, but some default parameters in configuration is more than 4G. Can you tell me how to change it, since I don't want to change my physical PC. Thanks, Daolin
Minimum and also the default memory for All-in-one is 8GB. You cannot unlock the host with less than this amount. If you plan to launch application pods, you will need 8GB + whatever memory your application(s) requires.
