[Starlingx-discuss] Stop recording the meetings
Hi, I’m reaching out to you about the StarlingX meeting recordings. If you take a look at the meeting wiki[1] you will see that the most recent links to recordings are over a year old. During this time I haven’t received any requests or complaints until very recently. But this recent outreach was also about to check on the recordings in general just to understand if the meetings are still happening or not and not to listen back on either of them. Following the mailing list you can also see that most teams are posting their meeting logs that are usually on their meeting etherpads which gives everyone a chance to catch up on what was discussed and is a primary way to keep meeting history. Based on the above I would like to propose to stop recording the meetings. Please respond to this thread by the end of next week (June 20) if you have any questions or concerns to take into account before taking action. Thanks and Best Regards, Ildikó [1] https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Starlingx/Meetings
Hi, We’ve discussed this briefly on the Community Call today and there were no objections to this approach. The plan we outlined is the following: * Stop recording meetings next Monday (July 5) * Mark the current recordings page archived and point to the meeting notes If you have any comments or objections please reply to this thread or reach out to me __before the end of this week (July 4)__. Thanks, Ildikó

Hi, I just wanted to give a heads up that based on our former discussions and my earlier emails I now stopped the meeting recordings, starting this Monday Zoom will __not__ automatically record the weekly meetings. Thanks, Ildikó
