[Beginner] Starlingx for homelab use? and Issues installing AIO Simplex on bare metal
Hi all, I'm exploring using StarlingX as the base layer for my home lab. With the intention to eventually link my lab with a few others to form a distributed cloud. Our use case would be running various container and vm workloads that could be distributed across our labs. (Media servers, network storage for backups, VM's for personal use, etc.) Is this a valid use case for StarlingX? Also, I was initially drawn to StarlingX because It seemed to streamline the processes of pooling resources and abstracting away the bare metal systems. Install the iso, initialize/join the cloud and presto additional compute/storage available to the cloud. I've been trying to follow the installation guide for R10.0 AIO-simplex installed on bare metal. I can't get the ansible-playbook to execute successfully, and I've run out of trouble shooting ideas (I even tried chatGPT). What is the best way to seek help? (It's almost certainly user error, I'm no sysadmin.) Thanks, -Asa L.
