Hi Longqian, The pxe boot attempt showing in the compute's console says it didn't get a response for pxe. Configuring(net1 52:54:00:21:22:66)......................................Error 0x040ee119 (http://ipxe.org/040ee119) No more network devices So one would first make sure the network was correctly plugged. Could you describe what networks are plugged to which interfaces? Is the network interface that is plugged to managment network configured to try boot? Which network is interface "net1 52:54:00:21:22:66" plugged to? Is it the case that you were able to install and configure controller-1? The mac address starting with 52 is in the range of locally administered mac addresses, which implies you are running virtual servers. Are you using the libvirt deployment method found in stx-tools git repo and referenced on the wiki https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/StarlingX/Installation_Guide If you are following that wiki and using stx-tools, may I inquire: what prompted you to use https://bugs.launchpad.net/starlingx/+bug/1790716 as a source of information for boot, and use to "system host-add" as opposed to "system host-update"?
