Hi,

As the initial draft was introduced on the mailing list only yesterday I agree to keep the review window open longer to give everyone a chance to digest and respond.

As it is still somewhat vacation season and people are also in different time zones we need to be more conscious about time given to review items concerning the whole community.

As governance is a crucial item we plan to have a discussion about it on the PTG face to face before we finalize it. I suggest to leave it open for reviews and discussion until the event and move to its final place soon after.

For reviews one option is to keep it on the etherpad or move it to Gerrit and iterate over there so we can keep track of the history of the comments and changes. Which way would you prefer?

Thanks and Best Regards,
Ildikó
