[Starlingx-discuss] Draft governance doc - further review...

Hi Bruce,

To mention one example the OpenStack Community has a separate governance repository: https://github.com/openstack/governance

If we go down that route here and choose to create a governance repository for StarlingX than beyond storing documents that keep history of the TSC’s decisions we can store the document that describes the ‘Initial Governance’ there as well.

We can then publish documents from this repository the same way as stx-docs to provide more visibility.

What do you think?

Thanks,
Ildikó
