I've already posted https://review.openstack.org/595852 for a similar
issue that lets fm-common build on Ubuntu (my DevStack platform) and
used by https://review.openstack.org/#/c/595865/.

If these are bugs, it's one per some unit in LP, if this is a feature
it's a task under the feature in SB.  I don't really have a
