I do agree on the repos that should be owned by the build team
I would like to propose Erich Cordoba as core reviewer for those repos

As TL for the Build and Distro non-Openstack sub-projects, I think that the following Repos should belong as follows:
Build:
- stx-tools
- stx-root
- stx-manifest (I think)
The Non-Openstack Distro should contain:
- stx-integ
There are some other communities members that should be added as Core reviewers once the correct ownership at the TL level is set.
Any concerns from the TSC on this list.
I would have replied last week, but had no VPN until midday Monday.
