As part of StoryBoard  https://storyboard.openstack.org/#!/story/2005198  several  thirdparty components related to containers are about to merge.

These include
   Kubernetes 1.13.5  (was previously 1.12.3)
   Helm/Tiller 2.13.1  (was previously 2.12.1
   Python-kubernetes 8.0.0  (was previously  6.0.0)
   Docker-ce  18.06 (was previously 18.03)
   Calico 3.6.1 (was previously 3.1.4)
   CoreDNS 1.2.6 (was previously  1.2.2)

Sanity has run for AIO-SX, AIO-DX, and Standard (2+3) systems.
No new issues were identified.

Please notify right away if any new problems arise.
