FYI I've got an initial installation working and have documented it on the
wiki:
https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/StarlingX/StarlingX_Packet.com_iPXE_Installation
Not sure if that is the right place for it, and I'm still tweaking it, but
that will at least install STX from an ISO on a packet.com node.
