Agenda for 02/19/2019

1. Repo status - submissions tried? - Ada - 15 min
- Jose will try the submission to the repo today/tomorrow early. Sync with Cristopher for any requirements.
- Maria Y. will try submission for the Ceph tests. Ask Cristopher for help if needed. Try to do it by EOW.
Closure on how to submit the tests - gather by sub-domain.

2. Progress on regression tests selection - Elio, JP, Fer, Numan, Ada - 10 min
- Elio - 150 test selected, working on the update. Working with Forrest and other person for OVS-DPDK. ~70 don't have steps. Submission will begin this week.
Include Numan into the loop for the updates of the networking tests.
- JP - Gnocchi and simplex are almost finished. Working on completing the steps.
- Fer - Security selection is done. Working on update for new architecture. Horizon selection done, considering the two horizon for containers. Working also in Heat selection.
- Ada - system inventory and system test. Selection to be done this week.
- Numan - progress going well. Test cases being selected and updated as required. Then, those will be exported into text format and adapted to the format proposed. Next step will be to upload them. Expectation is to have all the domains ready by end of next week.
3. OPNFV test suite for performance metrics - status - Victor - 10 min
- Instructions received from Numan's team. Will work this week for the first installation. Will try on a virtual env. Then, try with simplex on bare metal.
- Define if this is going to be on containers or standard setup.
- Begin simple: try to not do complex configuration. Numan's team setup is on regular arch, not containers.
- Help required - extra hands are welcome :)
4. Opens - All - 15 min
- Elio - are we including tempest into our testing?
Yes - let's assign someone to work on set it up and how to run it using our containerized STX.
- Abraham - on the release notes topic. There are a couple of testing projects that use the release notes: tempest and sahara. (Include the links)

Jose - for big changes it will be good to have release notes.
Elio - good to have release notes for new test plans and bug fixing.

Decision - use release notes for big changes and critical bug fixing.
