Hi José,

If you are running a f/stein build, then you should see the following running every 5 minutes:

controller-0:~$ kubectl get pods --all-namespaces -o wide | grep ceph
openstack ceph-pools-audit-1551219000-t97lr 0/1 Completed 0 12m 172.16.0.67 controller-0 <none>
openstack ceph-pools-audit-1551219300-9nkgh 0/1 Completed 0 7m49s 172.16.0.75 controller-0 <none>
openstack ceph-pools-audit-1551219600-x5c2c 0/1 Completed 0 2m47s 172.16.0.77 controller-0 <none>

This will update the existing pools to clear any warnings. With the AIO-SX, ceph warnings will currently be seen after initial install. After the application install, once the job is running, any pools will be adjusted based on the replication settings in the ceph storage backend.

Regards,
Bob
