Instances are creating with SUSPENDED status and cannot be set as ACTIVE. When power status of instances were changed, it cannot be returned as ACTIVE.
Will check with today ISO, if issue is still present a LP will be created.
Sanity failed since cannot create instances due to pods are not running on computes.
