Some configurations faced problems with the provisioning due to an existing issue related to "rabbitmq" service pod: https://bugs.launchpad.net/starlingx/+bug/1815541
The same issue affected the Stress execution. Seems that "rabbitmq" pod had issue to manage signals when there is a big load.
