[Starlingx-discuss] Kata containers update breaking build - failure to download RPMs

Folks,
I checked with the Kata team and they do maintain a stable branch and
repos that will not be removed. There is a different OBS project that
they store them in.
Note they now have a stable 1.10 version which is even newer than the
1.9 you started with in December.
