I also didn’t receive a pw, and I can’t find any “24 hours left until the PTG!”-email either.

They are sending the password to the email you used to register (with eventbrite).

For me, the password was in an email titled "24 hours left until the PTG!", which was easy to miss.

Hi Yong,

It won’t be the regular Zoom bridge that we usually use. All registered attendees should receive instructions via email, please keep monitoring that and register if you haven’t done that yet.

The reason for this is to avoid potential “Zoom bombing” as we had bad experience with spammers in the past who tried to hijack a community meeting.

You can find dial-in information on the PTGbot web page, but you will need the password in order to be able to log in to the session which we will distribute in emails to the registered attendees.

__Please DO NOT SHARE THE PASSWORD on the mailing list or other public forum.__

Thanks,
Ildikó

Hi Ildikó,
We haven't seen the dedicated zoom bridge sent for the vPTG.
Are you going to use this normal StarlingX Zoom bridge (Zoom Link: https://zoom.us/j/342730236) for this vPTG?

Regards,
Yong

  Hi StarlingX Community,

As you may already know the virtual version of the PTG[1] takes place next week (June 1-5).

Zoom is one of the tools we will be using next week therefore my account that we run the StarlingX meetings from will also be utilized to run the event. As only one meeting can run from an account at a time mine won’t be available for regular calls during the time of the event.

As StarlingX is also participating in the PTG I’m hoping this will not cause too much of an inconvenience.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

  Thanks,
  Ildikó
