==========
2020-11-04
All -- reviews merged since last meeting: 2
All -- bug status -- 19 total - team agrees to defer all low priority LP until the upstreaming effort is completed.
13 LP submitted by https://launchpad.net/~leiyuehui against API documentation, which is generated from source code (low priority). Reviews here: https://review.opendev.org/#/q/project:starlingx/config
Upstreaming status
Keane has 1 doc almost ready to submit.
Drake has had computer issues (now resolved) and is submitting amended reviews soon.
Ron will be doing cleanup on the Data Networks guide later this week and submit an amended review.
Call to reviewers - please take a look at the reviews in progress.
Email about handling code snippets - no easy answers here. Need to talk to Greg about the impact and possible solutions.
Greg doesn't think there should be too many of these (wr-openstack vs stx-openstack).
There may be examples that use windriver as an example name. Could change this to something really generic so it won't conflict.
Ron found some possible RST tags we can use to resolve. Plan is to work our way thru these as we find them.
Rubric
Ron submitted a review to the openstackdocstheme repo: https://review.opendev.org/#/c/760425/
AR Mary add a new comment asking for help on this review.
StarlingX docs search is broken
Search is also broken on the OpenStack docs because STX uses OpenStack search functionality.
Mary has put in a Launchpad against the OpenStack manuals: https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-manuals/+bug/1902134
AR Mary ask if any updates on the LP.
