Hi Saul and Haiqing

Regard as the below build issue
openssl/dso.h: No such file or directory
We fix it by add patch to add internal/dso.h to openssl-devel-1.1.1 rpm.
and build a new openssl-devel rpm in centos8 env, such as
openssl-devel-1.1.1-8.el8.x86_64.rpm in attachment.

and update tpm2-openssl-engine code to fix other build issue temporarily.
the best solution is just update tpm2-openssl-engine code to make it
available to openssl 1.1.1.8.
