HTTPS for Horizon can be enabled by:
system modify --https_enabled true
Refer to "system help modify" for details.
After HTTPS is enabled, a self-signed certificate is installed, you can then install a custom certificate by "system certificate-install -m ssl <cert_file>"

What is required to enable the HHTPS access for STX-Horizon GUI. By default only HTTP is supported (http://<oam-floating-ip-address>:8080<http://%3coam-floating-ip-address%3e:8080>)
