The translation could happen if someone set the browser with enabling auto-translate (to his/her default system language, here that’s Chinese) and opened this page.
Looking into these Chinese words, the translation was doing okay, though many words were obviously translated stiffly ☺

That file is obsolete and can be removed from the wiki.
I have seen several instances of etherpads being translated into various languages. I don’t know why or how it is happening but.
